POSVERSE sends card payments to Teya or Viva Wallet. Cash is recorded on the till. Guests can open a public menu page.

Teya

Connect a Teya account from owner settings. The till sends the bill to a Teya card machine, then records the result on the sale.

Link the store with a device code. Approve it in the Teya app, or open the verification link.
Take the card payment on the Teya terminal from the till.
Refund a card sale back through Teya, against that same payment.

Viva Wallet

Connect a Viva Wallet account from owner settings. Once it is linked, the till can take a card payment on a Viva terminal.

Start the connection in settings. Viva’s onboarding opens in a new tab.
Integrated card payment has to be switched on before Viva can be used.
A card refund can be sent back through Viva for that payment.

Cash

Cash is taken on the till itself. It does not go through Teya or Viva. The sale is stored with the rest of the day’s takings.

Public menu page

An optional storefront shows your menu, prices, phone, and email, so guests can browse before they visit.

Receipts and reports

Receipts print from the till, with your business name, VAT number, and address if you turn those on. Sales, refunds, and end-of-day totals stay inside POSVERSE.
