Strict control

Strict control stops a cashier from deleting a cart item, applying a discount, or clearing the cart unless you approve it.

Turn it on

In Owner Settings, open Strict Control and press Create PIN. Enter a 4-digit PIN. Then switch Strict Control to enabled.

On the till

Cashiers see a red lock in the top bar. To lift it for a moment, they tap the lock, enter your PIN, and press Verify.
